Every DSM analysis is delivered as a single document: the Executive Intelligence Brief. It is designed to be read in under ten minutes by a non-technical commissioning party — a judge, an advisor, a legislative drafter — and to support the professional judgment they already exercise.

What the Executive Intelligence Brief Contains

I. Document Fingerprint

SHA-256 hash of the submitted source text. Verifies input identity and enables reproducibility: resubmitting the same document produces an identical report.

II. Structural Summary Dashboard

Four at-a-glance metrics: Structural Mass (aggregate density score), Structural Class (I–V with overlay), Mean Section Density (Density Score), and Terminal States (count and dominant terminal state).

III. Density Distribution

Section-by-section density values expressed relative to the document mean. Visualised as a bar chart. Sections deviating materially from the mean are flagged.

IV. Section Architecture

Table of each section with: section identifier, density score, delta from document mean, terminal state assignment, and structural observation (if any).

V. Structural Observations

Narrative summary of flagged sections. Each observation identifies the section, the terminal state detected, the priority level (Elevated, Moderate, Noted), and the structural phenomenon observed — reported as measurement, not as recommendation.

VI. Executive Review Priorities

Scannable, action-oriented observations derived from structural measurements. Designed for readers who need to understand the structural profile of a document without engaging the full technical detail. Preceded by a one-paragraph Executive Summary.

VII. Advisory (Optional)

When commissioned, the report includes a Legal Implications Advisory: a domain-aware reading of structural observations framed for a specific legal or regulatory context. The advisory is AI-assisted presentation of deterministic measurements — it does not alter, override, or interpret the engine's output. Available as an add-on at commissioning.

Delivery Format

Reports are delivered as styled PDFs with a client-presentable dark-theme layout. The deliverable is the document. We do not provide JSON output, structured data exports, spreadsheet files, or machine-readable formats.

What the Brief Is Not

Not a content evaluation. The Brief reports structural measurements. It does not assess whether a document is correct, compliant, well-argued, or persuasive.
Not legal advice. Structural observations describe measurable properties. What those properties mean in a specific legal or business context is the commissioning party's responsibility.
Not a replacement for professional judgment. The Brief is a measurement instrument. It supports judgment — it does not substitute for it.

Note: All structural metrics in the Executive Intelligence Brief are deterministic — identical input produces identical output. The narrative accompanying DSM measurements is AI-assisted presentation: a language model translates structural data into readable prose. The measurements are deterministic; the narration is a presentation aid.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround for an Executive Intelligence Brief is 48–72 hours from receipt of the source document. Rush delivery (under 24 hours) is available on request. The optional Advisory layer adds 24 hours.
